Turkey Pesto Tortilla Pinwheels
Made 2/9/22. Adapted from this recipe! This is a great make ahead recipe. Once I forgot I had these in the fridge for a week and they still tasted good!
You will need:
• 2 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp pesto
• 2 large tortillas
• 8 slices deli turkey
• 3 slices provolone cheese
Directions
➀ In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and pesto until well mixed.
➁ Spread half the mixture on one side of the tortilla, completely covering the entire tortilla.
➂ Layer half the turkey slices flatly to cover half the tortilla. Follow this with 1½ of the provolone cheese slices.
➃ Starting with the edge loaded with toppings, roll up tortilla. Keep the roll tight.
➄ Cut and remove about 1.5 inches from each end of the roll. Then, cut the rest into 1 inch sections.
